Project Overview
This project involved delivering and setting a modern modular home based on our “Dia” model in the scenic community of Scotts Valley, CA. Built at 126 Burlwood Drive, the home showcases high-end finishes, precision factory construction, and a seamless installation process. The set day was captured in a full visual series, highlighting our coordination and execution on a tight, residential site. The result is a beautifully finished home with lasting value for the client.

Challenges
It is a large home that required an approximately 250 ton crane to be used for installation. Because the home was installed in the winter it required careful coordination for safety during the delivery.
The crane and trucks blocked the street entirely, which required traffic control permits.
The upslope lot required foundation retaining walls and significant protection of the slopes around the foundation. The garage level was built into the foundation under the house.
This was an entirely custom design made for this site.
The client was on a tight development timeline based on their plans for sale, which was a challenge to meet the schedule.
