The pricing provided on the price list (provided when you reach out to us on the Message Us page) is for the living area only (porches, dormers, decks, garages, etc. are not included in the pricing provided).

The price listed is the price of the home delivered, including tax and transportation. On-Site work is not included or performed by Cutting Edge Homes.

All on-site work must be priced out and completed by a licensed General Contractor once plans have been completed, submitted, and approved by the local jurisdiction.
