Garage and Porches
Porches and garages may be shown on plans though they can be omitted, added, made larger, etc. Typically, a porch on the end of a module can be built in the factory while those on the side the modules are always built on-site. Garages are always built on-site. The pricing provided on the price list (provided when you reach out to us on the Contact Us page) is for the living area only (porches, dormers, decks, garages, etc. are not included in the pricing provided).
