I met Isaac in 2006 when he was looking for someone who had intimate experience with the complex permitting process in California. He shared with me all of the benefits of modular homes: time savings, stress reduction, project efficiency, money saving, and a lot more. We immediately began collaborating on projects and have been working together for a full decade since. My background is in plan design and permitting and I put that experience to use every day. Since 2006, with our optional design and permitting services, I have overseen the submission and approval of projects in dozens of jurisdictions around the state of California. I have worked with community Home Owner’s Associations, local planning and building departments, architectural and design review boards, and the California Coastal Commission.
