Standard Home Features for our Precision Factory Built Homes
General Notes
Porches and garages may be shown on plans though they can be omitted, added, or made larger, etc. Typically, a porch on the end of a module can be built in the factory while those on the side the modules are always built on-site. Garages are always built on-site. The pricing provided on the price list (provided when you reach out to us on the Contact Us page) is for the living area only (porches, dormers, decks, garages, etc. are not included in the pricing provided).

Attic & Roofing for Cape Cod models
The attic/roof is completed entirely on-site by the general contractor. The roof rafters are included in the purchase of the home, installation must be done on-site by the contractor (installation not included).
All finish roofing materials like shingles, felt, paper, etc. are not included in the Cape Cod package so your contractor/roofer can install the shingles of your preference once the rafters have been installed.
Conceptual attic space floor plans are shown for many of our Cape Cod plans though you and your contractor may modify the attic floor plan to suit your individual needs.
On-site work, including the installation of the roof and completion of the attic, is not estimated or performed by Cutting Edge Homes. The on-site work is to be estimated and performed by your on-site contractor.
